Shape Climate
This power allows a player to edit the climates of the map in any fashion they like, be it creating infernally hot jungles or extreme arctic zones and anything in between. Further, this action may create strange and unusual weather, such as rains of squid, perpetual thunderstorms or even roving zones of wild magic and unmoving clouds of ghost haunted fog
This move may affect the equivalent of 4 squares upon the world map. This need not be a continuous area nor does it have to exactly form to the square. Instead it may affect any shape or area so long as the combined changes do not cover more than the approximate area of 4 map squares. See the diagram for an example of a 1 square equivalent area
