Command Avatar
An order is given to an Avatar! This ability allows avatars to go about the monumental things that they do.
Command Avatar allows an avatar to perform any one of the following list of actions per turn plus any number of mortal actions (leading armies, etc.)
- Command City
- Create Order
- Command Order
- Create City
- Corrupt/Purify City
- Create Race (may only be used once per avatar)
- Gather an army
Cost
- 1st age - 2 points
- 2nd age - 1 points
- 3rd age - 1 points
